Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AK SafeHire Private Limited ("we", "us") provides manpower placement, industrial safety and sustainability services in India. Contact: parmarsnehal38@yahoo.in, +91 9510020899.

2. What we collect and why

When you apply for a job, register as a candidate or contact us, we collect only the information needed to process that request: your name, contact details, location, qualification, experience, notice period, resume and optional details you choose to provide. We use it to assess your suitability, communicate with you and, where you apply for a client vacancy, to present your profile to the hiring organisation.

3. How resumes are stored

Resumes and documents are stored on our server in a private location that is not reachable from the internet. They can only be opened by authorised staff through a protected, access-controlled system, and each download is logged.

4. Who can access your data

Only authorised recruitment and administrative personnel of AK SafeHire Private Limited. We do not sell personal data. We may share your profile with a hiring organisation only for a vacancy you have applied for.

5. Retention

Application data is kept for up to 12 months after the application is received unless you ask us to delete it earlier or the law requires longer retention. See our Data Retention Policy.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Registered candidates can request account deletion from their dashboard. Others can write to parmarsnehal38@yahoo.in. You may withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect processing already carried out.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, hashed passwords and audit logging. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for login sessions and security (for example, form protection). We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page. For privacy questions or grievances, contact parmarsnehal38@yahoo.in.
